North Korea’s state-run newspaper has criticized South Korean Unification Minister Kim Ha-joong for causing conflict between the two Koreas.

The Rodong Shinmun said Sunday that Kim has raised the North's nuclear problem to block improvement in inter-Korean relations.

The newspaper called him an anti-reunification traitor, noting his comment on March 19th that expanding the Gaesong Industrial Complex is impossible without resolving the nuclear problem.

The daily said the minister is an obstacle to reunification and drive inter-Korean ties to conflict.
