The "HiSeoul Festival," the capital's biggest annual festival, will be held for one week in early May with the theme of traditional royal court culture.

The Seoul Foundation for Arts and Culture, the organizer of the event, said a variety of cultural events will be offered at Seoul's five major royal palaces from May fourth.

In addition, the foundation said outdoor dances will be held every night during the week. All people interested in the event may participate.
