S., N. Korean Journalists Meet at Mt. Geumgang

A group of South Korean journalists have gone to North Korea's Mount Geumgang to discuss with their North Korean peers how to promote national reconciliation and peaceful reunification.

During a three-day stay at the mountain resort that begins Wednesday, a 31-member South Korean delegation will hold a forum with ten journalists from the North. The event is being held as part of the activities of the All-Korean Committee for Implementation of the June 15th Joint Declaration.

The two sides plan to adopt a joint statement Thursday based on the forum's results.
