Seoul Mayor Goh Kun will visit France on December first. In Paris, he'll visit the Seoul Park under construction there the following day.
Goh will also fly to London on December third to attend an investment seminar organized by the Commerce, Industry and Energy Ministry.
Goh will invite British investors to take part in a project to build a digital media city near the Seoul World Cup Stadium in western Seoul.
A Seoul city official denied reports that the mayor will accompany President Kim Dae-jung on his European tour beginning December second.
