The Ministry for Health, Welfare and Family Affairs is hosting the Seoul Electronic Health Forum 2008 from Tuesday in Seoul.

Around 300 people from seven Asian countries, including Japan and China, are attending the forum to share experiences with informationizing health and welfare businesses.

In particular, the forum is focused on discussions on promoting ubiquitous health care systems.

By integrating information technology with medical service technology, ubiquitous health care systems will enable users to enjoy medical services anytime, anywhere.
