Seoul, Tokyo to cooperate for safe World Cup

South Korea and Japan have agreed to take joint measures against hooligans during the World Cup finals next year. The two countries will jointly ask Britain, Germany and other countries to prevent hooligans from leaving for South Korea and Japan during the World Cup period. Offiicals say preventing terror is the biggest concern for the two co-hosts. They are also planning to exchange information on international terrorism and strengthen their immigration control system.
