Hyundai Asan Corp. President Cho Kun-shik is accelerating inspections on North Korean tour projects since taking office about a month ago. He visit the North's Mount Geumgang Monday.

He had visited the inter-Korean industrial complex and tourist destinations in the border city of Gaeseong Wednesday.

At Mount Geumgang, Cho will tour facilities, talk to workers on safety and urge them to overcome any crisis with patience. But like in Gaeseong, he has no plans to meet Pyongyang officials.

Hyundai Asan has operated tours to North Korea since 1998.
