South Korea's second-largest port city of Incheon will visit North Korea Monday to attend the completion ceremony of a dental hospital's upgrade in Pyongyang.

The Incheon city government has supported the modernization of the hospital in cooperation with other provincial organizations.

A city spokesman said the 79-member delegation comprising city officials and representatives of civic groups will visit Pyongyang Monday through Wednesday at the invitation of the North’s National Reconciliation Council.

Incheon donated 300 million won of the 800 million won needed to renovate the dental department of the First People’s Hospital in Pyongyang.
