The Korean government plans to ask both the labor and management sectors to declare a time zone of peace in a way to suspend all possible strife between them during the World Cup games which starts on May 31st till the end of June this year. The government will stage a labor-management marathon rally sometime in March or April to help more members from the two opposing organizations participate in the marathon event.
