Seoul Mulling whether to Adjust NK Policy

The Unification Ministry says it's reviewing whether to adjust Seoul's North Korea policy in line with the U.S. removal of the North from its terrorism blacklist.

In a Monday briefing, ministry spokesman Kim Ho-nyeon cited internal calls for policy adjustments, but he said it is difficult to talk about the details for now.

He said a number of inter-Korean projects could be adjusted in accordance with the denuclearization of the North, but didn’t elaborate on the subject.

Kim said the ministry can’t confirm when photos of Kim Jong-il released by North Korea Saturday were actually taken.
