Korean Folk Art Museum Opens in LA

The Korean Folk Art Museum has opened in the U.S. city of Los Angeles.

On display at the museum are around 260 articles, including Hanok, or Korean traditional houses, furniture, crafts and pictures centering on the Joseon Dynasty.

Kim Jong-yul, the head of the Korean Cultural Center in Los Angeles, said that the exhibition will help Americans and Korean Americans understand the lives of Korean ancestors and their influences on modern life.
