Incheon Airport will organize lotter and events for World Cup

Airport officials said Monday that Incheon International Airport will sponsor a variety of events for visitors flying in and out of Korea during the World Cup finals this summer, including a lottery and special sales booths. Officials will feature a different finalist's food and products during each day of the one-month-long tournament at special booths, while winners of a lottery will be given travel tickets. The 2002 World Cup will take place from May 31st to June 30th. According to the officials, Korea and Japan, the tournament's co-hosts, will be designated the country of the day two or three times during the period. They said...countries who did not qualify for the finals will also be included in the events in some other ways. Soccer buffs who come and watch two or more games will be eligible for another lottery for "World Cup Maniacs."
