The venues each have a company strength of police . The agency also deployed police troops at 11 sea and air ports for increased security checks of those entering the country, while augmenting security steps for the 443 missions and other facilities of the United States, Israel and Islamic countries in Seoul to protect them from probable terrorist attacks. In addition, the agency will make regular safety checks of 3,479 World Cup-related facilities, public buildings and shops making or selling potential weapons.
