South Korean civic groups working for human rights in North Korea said Tuesday they will again be sending anti-Pyongyang propaganda flyers to the North by way of balloon.

Park Sang-hak, head of Fighters for a Free North Korea, and a group of South Koreans whose family members had been abducted by the North, announced the plan in a news conference on Tuesday.

Park said they will continue to disseminate leaflets in the communist country unless the North apologizes for the shooting death of a South Korean tourist and stops slandering South Korea.
