Korea, Japan to increase flights for World Cup

South Korea and Japan plan to put bigger flights on the Seoul-Tokyo route to cope with an expected increase in the number of passengers before and during the World Cup period. Officials say Boeing 7-47's will fly the route eight times a week. The jumbo jet is able to carry an additional seven hundred passengers a week. Currently, Boeing 7-77's are serving the route. The two countries will also increase the number of flights linking provincial cities of the two countries.
