Korean Air resumes code sharing with Delta, Air France

Korean Air is resuming code sharing with Delta Air Lines and Air France. The national flag carrier had its code sharing agreement suspended three years ago after a serious of accidents. The code sharing accord allows for more flight links to North American and European destinations. Korean Air expects the agreement to bring at least 60 billion won or 45 million U.S. dollars in additional revenues. The two foreign carriers suspended code sharing with Korean Air following the crash of one of its cargo planes in Beijing in 19-99.
