Korean Celadon Exhibition Opens in Paris

An exhibition of Goryeo-era ceramics has opened in Paris.

On display at the event are 50 pieces of celadon reproductions, which were made using the same traditional method as the one craftsmen employed during the Goryeo Dynasty between the ninth and 14th centuries.

The opening ceremony was attended by 200 members of the French art community and other academic figures.

During the exhibition, South Korean ceramic artists introduced a Goryeo inlaying technique.

The exhibition plans to make stops in Berlin and London.
