South Korea observed the U.N.-designated World Water Day Friday. Prime Minister Lee Han-dong led officials and environmental activists at a ceremony held at the KBS auditorium Friday. In a video taped message, President Kim asked people to conserve water while pledging greater efforts to preserve and better manage water resource.
