North Korea has notified the South of the five delegates who will attend the inter-Korean working level talks on Thursday.
The third round of the South-North talks will discuss the operation of their joint industrial complex in Gaeseong, North Korea.
In a regular briefing in Seoul Wednesday, spokeswoman Lee Jong-joo of the Unification Ministry said Pyongyang sent the list on Tuesday and that one official has been replaced from the North’s most recent delegation.
Four South Korean officials went to Gaeseong Tuesday to prepare the venue for Thursday’s talks.
During the discussions, South Korea is expected to relay its demand that the North release a detained South Korean worker. The delegation will also reiterate three major principles for the stable development of the business park -- establishing a norm of compliance for inter-Korean agreements and contracts, seeking economic principles and addressing future-oriented developments.
