The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) says South Korea ranked fourth out of its 30 member countries in the number of cyber attacks.

The OECD report on broadcasting, communication and the Internet, said four percent of the world's hacking and online traffic attacks occurred in South Korea.

The United States had the most cases of cyber attacks, accounting for 20 percent, followed by China and Japan. Sweden ranked fourth place with South Korea.

The OECD said these countries have a more advanced online crime market.
