A Korean traditional arts troupe put on a show Monday evening at the National Theatre San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. The occasion marked the 40th anniversary of diplomatic ties between South Korea and the Latin American country. Performed by the National Center for Korean Traditional Performing Arts, the show was also held to celebrate Costa Rica's qualification for this summer's World Cup finals. Among the audience were Costa Rican President Miguel Angel Rodriguez Echeverria, many government dignitaries and South Korean residents of the country. The troupe also held an open-air show on Sunday for San Jose citizens.
