Manchester United midfielder Park Ji-sung has signed a new contract with the British football giant.

Park’s agency, JS Limited, said Monday that Park and Manchester signed a new deal that would extend Park’s contract to June 30th, 2012. Both agreed not to publicly disclose Park’s salary.

Experts estimate that Park’s annual salary under the new deal is likely to stand at around three-point-six million pounds, or up 30 percent from his previous contract. That would be around seven-point-three billion won or some five-point-nine million U.S. dollars.
