The suit always worn by North Korean leader Kim Jong-il is expected to be among the top picks for a Halloween costume in the U.S.

The Monday Internet edition of Time magazine introduced ten Halloween costumes inspired by world celebrities which included Kim's suit.

Time said that "if any world leader is ripe for parody, it's probably North Korea's Dear Leader Kim Jong-il" citing reports of his birth atop a mountain amid mysterious "flashes of light and thunder" and his alleged eleven holes in one his first time playing golf.
