Deputy Premier and Finance and Economy Minister, Chun Yun-churl, has arrived in Shanghai to attend an annual conference of the Asia Development Bank. Chun is leading the South Korean delegation which includes the heads of the Bank of Korea and other commercial banks. The A-D-B conference will bring together finance ministers of Asian countries for three days of talks which is opening Friday. The conference will focus on ways to sustain continued growth of the economies in Asia and cooperation to prevent another financial crisis. Prior to the opening of the A-D-B conference, Chun will meet finance ministers of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, China and Japan. On Monday, Chun will fly to Beijing to attend a meeting of economic ministers of South Korea and China.
