South Korea and China have met in the first session of a bilateral investment cooperation committee in Seoul. Commerce Minister Shin Kook-hwan led the Korean delegation while the Chinese delegation was led by Foreign Trade Minister Shi Guangsheng. The two countries agreed to launch the committee at talks held in October Two-thousand between President Kim Dae-jung-jung and Chinese Premier Zhu Rongji.
