North Korea has sent South Korea a list of delegates to attend working-level talks scheduled for Monday at the North's border city of Gaeseong.

A Unification Ministry official in Seoul said Sunday that the North sent a list of five delegates Saturday through the Gaeseong industrial park management committee.

The North also sent a letter of consent on three South Korean delegates who will attend the talks.

The talks will be the first of their kind between the two Koreas since July last year.
