Two summits of South Korea and Japan will hold summits only in Japan during the World Cup

A high-ranking government official have said that South Korean President Kim Dae-jung and his Japanese counterpart Junichiro Koizumi will have summit meetings only in Japan. The two summits were going to have meetings both in Tokyo and Seoul. The official said...the change was made upon the request of the Japanese government. He said that Tokyo is having the parliament in session, which makes it hard for the prime minister to make a visit to Seoul. The official said that President Kim will visit Yokohama, the venue for the World Cup final match on June 30th and have summit meetings with Koizumi.
