A KBS survey indicates that 72% Koreans are confident of their national soccer team's advance to the second round

72 percent of Korean respondents surveyed responded positively for the prospect of the Korean soccer team's advance into the 16 finals. In a survey conducted by the Korean Broadcasting System, or KBS, 16.8 % answered that Korea will secure the top seat in Group D while 55.2 % said Korea will place the second seat in Group D. On the contrary, 14.3 % of the respondents said negatively to the possibility of Korean team's advance into the 16 finals although it would gain a game in Group D. Only 2.1 percent of them said the Korean team would not be able to win even a game in Group D. As for the introduction of the system of allowing cars to drive only on alternate days during the World Cup games, 88.7 % said they will comply with the new regulations.
