U.S. Special Representative for North Korea Policy Stephen Bosworth says the U.S. is ready to resume the six-party denuclearization talks in the very near future.

Bosworth made the comment upon arrival in Seoul Thursday from Beijing where he met his Chinese counterpart Wu Dawei. He also said the resumption of the six-party talks is in the interests of all participating countries.

Bosworth said that he and Chinese officials agreed to jump-start the multilateral denuclearization dialogue as soon as possible.
