The South Korean Defense Ministry reportedly proposed to North Korea on Thursday to hold working-level military talks at the truce village of Panmunjeom next Tuesday.

A ministry official said that the agenda would include discussing cross-border passage, communications, and customs clearances for North Korean laborers at the Gaeseong Industrial Complex.

On Monday, North Korea had proposed holding the talks at the Gaeseong complex next Tuesday.
