The ministry said Monday environmental Minister Kim Myung-ja left Seoul for Bali, Indonesia, to attend the 4th ministerial talks of the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD) opening on Wednesday. In the three-day meeting, representatives from 189 U.N. member nations and international and civic organizations will map out drafts of an "action plan for sustainable development" over the next 10 years and a "political declaration" that the WSSD will adopt at its plenary meeting in August.
