Red Cross to Send 20 Tons of Powdered Milk to NK

South Korea's National Red Cross says it will deliver 20 tons of powdered skim milk to North Korea via an overland route on Wednesday.

The Red Cross will mobilize two eleven-ton trucks to deliver one-thousand sacks to the impoverished state, with each sack containing 20 kilograms of powdered skim milk.

The Red Cross delivered one-point-four billion won worth of medical supplies to its North Korean counterpart last month. The agency also plans to send ten-thousand tons of corn to the communist state soon.
