The All-Korean Committee for the Implementation of the June 15th Joint Statement is reportedly planning to mark the tenth anniversary of the adoption of the June 15th Statement this year.

The North’s state-run Korean Central News Agency said Wednesday that the committee held last weekend a two-day meeting for the heads of its South and North Korean branches as well as its overseas branch. At the meeting, the participants agreed to mark the tenth anniversary of the signing of the June statement in a grand joint ceremony.

The report said the two Koreas will each set up preparatory committees for the joint ceremony and will hold working-level talks at an early date to fine-tune related details.
