South Korea's Pak Se-ri won her fourth career major, turning a four-stroke deficit into a three-stroke victory during the final round of the LPGA Championship held in Wilmington, Delaware, on Sunday (local time). Pak had four birdies and two bogeys on the last round Sunday at the Dupont Country Club, taking advantage of the collapse of 45-year-old Beth Daniel, a Hall of Famer seeking her first victory in seven years. Pak finished the 72-hole event at five-under 279. Daniel finished in second at 282, while Swedish golfer Annika Sorenstam came in third with a combined 284. The 24-year-old Pak, becoming the youngest woman to win four major championships, claimed her second win of the season and 15th of her career.
