Only Spain and Brazil are qualified to advance to the final 16 competition as of Monday while the other 14 soccer teams are still in suspension among a total of 32 teams participating teams divided in 8 groups at the on-going 2002 World Cup match which began on May 30th. Which teams will be included in the remaining successful fourteen teams for the second round will be decided in the forthcoming matches beginning on June 11th. Five teams Slovenia, China, Poland, Saudi Arabia and Nigeria have already been confirmed Monday, as being out of the next round of the soccer competition. The remaining 25 teams are expected to face fatal encounter whether to survive or collapse in the matches in their respective groups. Korea, having four points with one win and one draw, is scheduled to face Portugal in the match held on June 14th in Inchon, with tremendous expectations from the entire Korean people, as the two teams' chance to advance the 16 final will be decided by the results of the match.
