Germany arrive in S. Korea for round of 16

Germany arrived Wednesday in South Korea to participate in the round of 16. An 80-member delegation, including German soccer officials, landed at the Jeju International Airport at 1:40 p.m. on a Korean Air flight from Nagoya. The Germans, who topped Group E by defeating Cameroon 2-0 in their final first-round match Tuesday, way, will face the runners-up of Group B in Seogwipo on Saturday. After their arrival, the German team left for the Paradise Hotel in Seogwipo.
