12th Women's Film Festival Opens in Seoul

The 12th International Women's Film Festival in Seoul kicked off Thursday for an eight-day run.

The theme for this year’s festival is "See the World through Women's Eyes!"

The opening ceremony was held at 6 p.m. Thursday in Seoul, with "The Day Will Come" by German director Susanne Schneider opening the festival.

One hundred and two short and feature films from 27 countries will be shown during the festival.
