Vietnam Airlines is offering a 50 percent discount for Vietnamese and South Korean citizens flying to South Korea to watch the remaining World Cup matches. The airline said the promotion which is in celebration of South Korea's advance to the World Cup quarterfinals began Wednesday will last for two weeks. The Vietnamese national carrier flies to South Korea six times a week. Many Vietnamese are avid soccer fans, although the country has never made it to the World Cup finals.
