The South Korean pavilion at the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai is attracting large crowds.

The pavilion is holding a number of events and performances each day, including screenings of videos showing South Korean stars and exhibits of South Korean traditional culture, food and technologies.

The government plans to use the expo to revive the South Korean pop culture wave, or "Hallyu.”

The Korean pavilion is also introducing the aspects of Chinese culture that have grown popular in South Korea, which has garnered positive responses from Chinese visitors.
