The Korea Meteorological Administration (KMA) said Monday...overcast skies and morning rains are expected to clear Tuesday in Seoul for the World Cup semifinal match between Korea and Germany. Rains under the influence of a seasonal front hit the country Saturday and are expected to ease by Tuesday night, but may leave the teams with a wet pitch to play on. The morning low is forecast at 17 degrees C (62 F) with a midday high of 23 degrees C (73 F). A cool game-time temperature of 20 C (68 F) is expected for the 8:30 p.m. start.
