President Kim Dae-jung will join Japanese Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi and the German President at the World Cup final. Germany will take on Brazil on Sunday night in Yokohama. Mr. Kim will also hold a summit meeting with Koizumi. The Kyodo News Service in Tokyo said the two leaders will sign a declaration ... committing themselves to bringing bilateral relations to a new height after the successful conclusion of the World Cup. The World Cup is the first being held in Asia AND co-hosted by two countries.
