S.Korean Civic Groups Send 150,000 Fliers to NK

Anti-North Korea civic groups in South Korea have sent 150-thousand fliers attached to balloons across the inter-Korean border detailing the sinking of the “Cheonan.”

About 300 members of some ten civic groups, including Fighters for Free North Korea and a group of families of South Koreans who were kidnapped by North Korea, gathered near the inter-Korean border in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, on Thursday morning to send the leaflets.

The civic groups also sent 300 DVDs containing video files and information on the Cheonan incident. Also included were some 200 small radios that can pick up South Korean broadcasts and two-thousand one-dollar notes.
