Soccer sources said Tuesday Guus Hiddink, South Korea's World Cup coach, is expected to return to the Netherlands to take the helm of PSV Eindhoven. According to foreign media reports, Hiddink is "confirmed" to have accepted an offer to lead his former club for the next two years. Hiddink said in a report by Britain's BBC that first he needs to sort some things out in Korea and that is where he'll stay until Friday. The British broadcaster also said that Hiddink will attend a number of ceremonies and parties prior to heading home to the Netherlands to get "things sorted with PSV." Hiddink and his 23-man squad will receive the Cheongnyong Medal, Korea's top sports award, as well as take part in various activities to mark the country's fourth-place finish in the World Cup.
