Five S. Koreans picked for World Cup all-star team

Five members of the South Korean World Cup soccer squad have been named to the FIFA all-star team. More than one point three million fans, who were given a choice of more than 50 players based on their performances in the first two rounds of this year's World Cup, voted for the team on the Internet. South Korea was led by attackers Ahn Jung-hwan and Park Ji-sung. Goalkeeper Lee Woon-jae also made the team, as did defender Hong Myung-bo and midfielder Yoo Sang-chul. Brazil's Roberto Carlos and Cafu and England's Sol Campbell were also named in defense while Germany's Michael Ballack, England's David Beckham and Japan's Hidetoshi Nakata were picked for the midfield.
