The conference marks the 56th anniversary of the women police force. The participants ants adopted a resolution against discrimination by race, nationality or gender. They also vowed to work toward improving women's rights in the police force. The NPA said the foreign participants are experts in the fields of narcotics, customs, and VIP security.
