Compared to a similar survey in June last year, the level of satisfaction in tours, shopping. accommodation, food and transportation rose 20 percentage points. But language problems and traffic still remained chronic problems. South Korea and Japan co-hosted the 2002 World Cup finals from May 31st to June 30th.
