Incheon Resumes S-N Exchange Projects

Incheon Metropolitan City has decided to resume inter-Korean exchange projects that had been stalled in the wake of North Korea’s sinking of the “Cheonan.”

The Incheon city government said Tuesday that it signed an accord with the “Korean Sharing Movement” civic group to provide bread and soy milk to 15-hundred preschool children in Onseong County, North Hamgyeong Province, for five months starting next month.

Some 100 million won from Incheon’s inter-Korean cooperation fund will go into the aid provision.
