American actress Angelina Jolie arrived in Seoul on Tuesday evening as part of her promotional tour for new spy thriller "Salt."

In a news conference at the Shilla Hotel on Wednesday, Jolie said that she hopes to communicate with Korean fans through her film, the opening scene of which has the actress held up in a North Korean prison.
Jolie said that both she and her children are big fans of South Korean pop star and actor Rain.

Jolie attended a promotional event for the film and met with fans Wednesday evening before returning home later in the day.
