Seoul Open Night to be Held Aug. 21

The Seoul City government announced Tuesday plans to designate August 21st as Seoul Open Night.

As part of the plan, locally themed cultural events will be held from noon to midnight at five locations, including Bukchon, Insadong and the Hongik University area.

With a "culture pass" costing ten-thousand won, visitors can experience all the performances held at any of the five zones and will also gain free admission to royal palaces and art museums.

The culture pass can be purchased in advance on Tuesday or Friday on the online ticketing portal Interpark. Any passes remaining will be sold on site August 21st.
