David Morton, the World Food Program's (WFP) representative in Pyongyang, said Wednesday the North's Public Distribution System will continue, but prices of rations will be nearer market price in farmers' markets. In reply to questions by a domestic news agency, Morton also said, "wages are increasing at the end of July."
